Paul Dodsworth

With over 18 years of experience in estate planning, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to EPS. Highly qualified, he’s a diploma-holding full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. Moreover, he actively serves on the IPW Council, contributing to the profession’s best practices. Beyond his impressive credentials, Paul is a dedicated client advocate, working directly with them daily. His passion for exceptional service drives him to ensure EPS continually strives for excellence. A true inspiration, Paul motivates everyone at EPS. On a personal note, he’s been married to Natasha for 25 years and has two daughters in their twenties, with one even following in his footsteps at EPS! When he’s not working, Paul enjoys sports, good humour, and a relaxing malt.
Peter Burton

Peter has over 25 years experience in the estate planning sector. A Fellow of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and STEP Affiliate member. A multi skilled training manager and public speaker who joined the team in 2020. He works closely with our consultants, holding regular training sessions to ensure every member of the team is fully compliant with all the latest legislations relating to estate planning. Peter is married with two young children and they enjoy partaking in outdoor pursuits during the weekend.
Alyson Whittle

Alyson joined the company in 2020 as an addition to the sales team. Alyson has several years administration experience working in both private companies and retail. In addition to managing the Sales administration for EPS, Alyson is in charge of EPS marketing, focusing on brand and communications. She has acquired her Certified Digital Marketing Professional and Certified Digital Marketing Search Specialist qualifications. Away from work Alyson enjoys spending time with her close family and 2 dogs.
Chelsea Barnes

Chelsea is a long serving member of the team and a dedicated professional. Respected by everyone in the office, she holds a wealth of knowledge in regards to estate planning. She has a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry and has a Legal Secretary Diploma passed with merit from The Institute of Legal Secretaries. A highly conscientious member of the team working predominately in the drafting department. Chelsea is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
Rebekah Walker

Rebekah joined EPS back in 2020 and brings experienced office administration skills. Working in the processing department she has become a vital and valued member of the team, gaining vast experience in the client journey. She is ambitious and keen to learn as much as possible about estate planning, in order to best serve our clients. Rebekah is currently working towards becoming a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. Her hard work and commitment has earned her the position of Office Manager. Outside of work she enjoys time with friends and family and sunny holidays with her long-time partner. She is a keen dog lover and adores her family pet Doug the beagle.

Megan is a hardworking and professional member of the processing team. She has gone from strength to strength while working for EPS over the last few years and recently qualified as a para legal. She hopes to further expand her experience in the legal sector over the coming years with additional training and qualifications. Megan is currently working towards becoming a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. When away from work Megan is a keen car enthusiast with a passion for vintage sports cars.

Aimee joined the processing team back in 2022. Since joining the company she has proved to be a valuable asset to the team. She has developed many new skills and continues her professional development working alongside Rebekah and Megan. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her partner and their two children. Aimee is a dedicated mum with a very caring nature.
Ellie Newall

Ellie is the latest recruit to the administration team. She is keen to learn all about the Will writing process and has thrown herself into the role of office administrator bringing much enthusiasm and a new energy to the team. Ellie is used to working in a customer facing environment and her people skills will put her in good stead for this role. In her leisure time Ellie enjoys spending time with family and friends, holidaying abroad and walking her dog Daisy.
Kerry Ward

Kerry joins us at our new Macclesfield Office, working primarily for the Sales Department. She comes to us from a hands on role in hospitality, and has many years expertise in dealing with people from all walks of life. Her bubbly personality and ability to communicate effectively means she is the perfect person to liaise with clients on a one to one basis. Outside of work Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. They all enjoy walks with their Cockapoo Winston, who is a firm favourite with the family.
Benjamin Tarry

Ben officially joined us at the start of 2024 and is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the office team. As part of his apprenticeship Ben is learning about every aspect of estate planning and the processes involved. Outside the office Ben enjoys spending time with his family and their dog Coco the Schnoodle. He is a keen genealogist and enjoys researching his family’s history and when he’s not doing that he likes to play a board game or two, or flex his knowledge with a pub quiz.

A long serving and experienced member of the team. Phil has worked with EPS for over 8 years and continues to help and assist our clients on a daily basis. He is an expert on vulnerable beneficiary protection and regularly speaks at our events. Phil is an Associate member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. A dedicated family man he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and is a keen motorbike enthusiast.

Nadine joined EPS in 2019, she has previously worked within financial services and insurance for 15 years before moving to this industry. Nadine is a qualified Associate member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. Nadine is an advocate for all things estate planning and works hard to ensure all our clients receive the same quality level of service they deserve. Nadine has 2 children, and in her spare time Nadine likes to spend time with her family and her 2 dogs. She also loves exercise and holidays.

Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in the Estate Planning Sector, and has held clinics for some of the major charities including Age UK and MacMillan. Andrew is married with 3 daughters and a stepson, and has 6 grandchildren. In his spare time Andrew loves Rugby League and Football, and is the Founder of a Ukrainian registered charity which runs a family type orphanage in Western Ukraine.
